The Moon Square Dances Again

Not So Horrible Scope January 26, 2007

Jan 27, 2007 Elizabeth Bissette

A tricky day -- full of both limitless potential and taxing inner obstacles.

Though the Taurus Moon still draws us to organize, plan and stabilize, as it sextiles Uranus we're stirred up. It's a bit of a conflict, but go with it. Seek out the strange and unusual, even if it just means wearing something you wouldn't normally wear or changing the color of your hair. Seek out people who motivate you, spark new ideas. Make it an adventure. On a grander scale, you can move your life to the next level if you go about it the right way.

Problem is, the Moon is also squaring Neptune, which makes it a little difficult to see things clearly. So, while you're out there exploring, adventuring, and otherwise changing your life, don't try to sit down and make the map right now. It is a great time for embracing your dreams --- use that Taurean planning tendancy to make a list of them and make a plan based on that later.

While you should seek out fun friends with new ideas, for now keep your own new ideas to yourself; or at least don't tell the whole story. As the Moon squares Mercury, communication isn't particularly easy today. Again influenced by the Taurean need for security, we are likely to be inclined to try to talk a bit much in an effort to make ourselves feel better. So, think before you speak. There's a lot of emotional force out there; use it wisely.

And oh dear, the Moon squares nasty old lesson teaching Saturn. This makes us feel less loved, more depressed, isolated. Make sure you remember that there are people around who can make you feel better. Focus on those cool new ideas and on positive commuication. You can trick yourself out of the negative that way. Don't worry, the inner scene won't last long. Just make things easier on yourself by being extra careful about stepping on toes right now, everyones' feeling the way you do for the most part.
